Lunch Club

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

Supper Club went rogue and temporarily became Lunch Club today.

We went to see a play in the Fringe today called Divided which was written and acted in by a friend of Kitty Cat’s.

The play was a drama about the different way that two parents react to their child transitioning. It was excellent - very cleverly balanced with a mix of sensitivity, tension and humour. I would probably never have even known about the play if it hadn’t been for Kitty Cat and I’m so glad we went.

We went for lunch after in Rollo. The food was exceptional and Dee had us in stitches showing us the poses she had to do for her pre-holiday spray tan (Dee could normally be an extra in Ghostbusters but without any makeup). Charlie announced that after our lunch she’s ‘on the dry’ but it turns out that it’s only for 5 days so really she’s just not drinking until next weekend! Also she’s going to have to find a different way of describing that once she’s menopausal!
