Buckingham Palace

J & I had a day out In London today, we walked from Paddington Station through Hyde Park, we stopped for lunch at a cafe on the side of the Serpentine, then carried on through the park to Buckingham Palace.
We had tickets for the state rooms visit, I’d been before when it was first opened up to help pay for the repairs after the fire at Windsor. It was busier today but we both enjoyed it & had drinks & ice cream afterwards overlooking the gardens.We then headed for Harrods as it had been a long time since either of us had been there. We looked at the inflated prices & left empty handed. J bought her perfume in Zara.
Very sore feet by the time we got back to the station but we’d had a lovely day out,
