ARNSIDE KNOTT FROM GRANGE

First of all an apology - two days ago I printed a photo and said it was a tomato in it's flowering stage - well the eagle-eyed amongst you spotted that I had somehow got my photos muddled up and the photo I actually showed was of a cucumber flower NOT a tomato - SILLY ME!!!!!

We had a lovely meal out last night.  We made the mistake in going for what we thought were small starters followed by a sharing  platter.  Well the starters were two of the meze dishes and they were rather large.  Then came the sharing platter - IT WAS HUGE.  Shame in a way as there is no  way on this earth could we eat so much.  All very delicious but lesson  learned, find out about  portion sized first.  Very reasonably priced which is why we thought they were starters and a sharing platter, well to me it was enough for at least, possibly even 4 people.  Still we enjoyed ourselves, a lovely ambience and good food (even if way too much).


Today we went on into Grange for the usual weekly bits of shopping.  The weather was pleasant enough, a bit cooler but still pleasant enough for me.  

Now home catching up on some photography stuff.
