Lovely Lancaster

Had an early phone conversation with our tenant which left me feeling upbeat, only to receive an email from him after lunch which dashed those and plunged me into a slough of despond. My errant nephew has been causing trouble again at our family nursery and it's down to me to try and sort it out.

Even though I was struggling under a pile of paperwork and fielding phone calls, I heard a lovely noise and managed to fall out of the door and snap this Lancaster.
