Beach Party

Today's the day ........................ to play in the sand

The girls' last day with us before they go back to school next week - so we thought we'd take a picnic and go to the beach.

One of the nice things about living where we do (and one of the reasons why we chose it) is that we can be there in five minutes.  There's a big grassy field right next to the beach where we can park the car - and it makes it all very easy.  And children can amuse themselves for hours - if you give them a bit of sand and sea.

We've had lots of fun with Tessa and Josie over the holidays and are very glad to have been part of their summer memories ..................
