A great EB

Managed 24 lengths swimming this morning before 8am!!
The estate agents that are doing the open house this weekend came round for another look this afternoon.
Then we went to collect my car that had been hit whilst I was in hospital last month. Few more ££s gone. However they have done a good job.
In the evening our lovely neighbours 2 doors along came in for dinner as a thank you for all she did whilst I was ill and The Rev was away. (she came in every morning to let Daisy out and make me a cuppa and some toast so I could take me tablets. In the evening she would come in to let Daisy out again so I didn’t have to get downstairs…such a small thing but a massive help).
We told the news about our possible move but told them that it didn’t mean they were getting rid of us!!!
The Rev cooked a delicious steak dinner with a mushroom, cream and Brandy sauce.

No more red meat now for a while after my Cholesterol number was far too high!!! 7!!!
I have put on weight and eaten badly due to inactivity with a broke foot etc and eating treats after the Revs diagnoses just to cheer ourselves up. But now things have to change!!
