The Fairies that Fancy Friday

I’m going to start this entry by saying it finally happened…. Mimi pooped in the bathtub.

Now back to our regular programming:
Our former neighbor’s kids used to go from house to house, playing by building small fairy gardens in the neighbors’ front yards. They were really just piles of neatly organized rocks. You had to imagine the fairies . So when I spotted this fairy garden today, I thought fondly of Alyssa!

Today was a very busy workday. I took a break at 3pm because we were out of milk and Mimi needed milk before Shawn brought her home from daycare. 6pm to 9pm is always reserved for Mimi - dinner, reading books, dancing, talking, bathing (and pooping), followed by bed, and then the unexpected need to disinfect the tub and the bath toys. A late dinner, a few more hours of work, now blip. Whew- I’m so glad tomorrow is Friday.

Does anybody else get confused by ‘fairies,’ vs. ‘faeries,’ vs. ‘ferries?’ I had to Google the first two. I know I’m not talking about boats.
