A cooler day punctuated with showers. Pickering has some fine floral displays and this one outside the Black Swan is no exception. Just a bit of brightness on a dull day.

Managed to complete of few jobs. Got the carpet cleaning machine out and cleaned the upholstery in the car. Matthew rang asking for some help with cricket teas. He is involved with both playing and organising the end of season games this weekend. So a bit of baking is on the cards. I also managed to book some holiday dialysis and accommodation for Richard and I to have a holiday in Norfolk. So feel I made the most of a damp day.
