Risotto

I cooked myself a bacon and mushroom risotto for dinner tonight, using this recipe. It's only the second risotto I've ever cooked, and the first was three and a half years ago in "smart cooking" at school. It tasted good and was much more satisfying than the sort of things I usually end up cooking when eating alone.
