My Life Is Not Average

Rhubard & Custard

Tucking into some delicious sweets I bought in Keswick on Wednesday as there's not a whole lot else to eat at my flat. I had two croissants which probably belong to someone else for lunch, and a bowl of porridge for dinner. (Thanks to my best friend Lucy for suggesting porridge as a reasonable thing to eat for dinner - it has saved me many a time when there's nothing else to eat!)

It was my dad's last service at our church this morning before his month-and-a-half sabbatical. I hope this time off will allow him to be refreshed, and help the church to grow in commitment to each other. I will still be attending during this time.
