Sunflower

The day started with the dentist followed by the gym on getting home lunch.

 This led to a dog walk on which my phone pinged and it was Deb (thank you X) who had released a Monarch Butterfly in memory of my dad, as she did last year too. I had obviously been pondering on family life a little more at this time, was really moved ... had a little moment ...
