Buzzzzzzz

Lots of bees on the passiflora this evening.
It’s been a long and frustrating day at work but I got some stuff sorted and moved other bits along. In between I churned the chocolate rose once cream and prepared custard for some vanilla.
That left me with many egg whites so had a very pail omelette for lunch and whisked up some meringue.
