A Curious Calf

There were a number of toddlers in the park this morning and the calves down at the fence were quite an attraction. This particular youngster wanted a closer look so stuck its head through the railings.

Sadly, despite trying very hard the calf couldn't get its head back through ..... SO ...... I put my hand on its nose, turned its head and pushed .....  no damage was caused to either the calf or me.

The weather was warm again this morning but quite mizzley. The really torrential downpour came in the afternoon when I was safely indoors.
