A couple of youthful Mallards

I had to go for petrol after church so collected Fouter and headed firstly to Kingsgate for the petrol .... not a happy bunny, the price has gone up by 5p a litre since I last filled up. Then it was along to the Heritage Park for a doggie walk. 

The adult swans had taken ownership of the path in front of the car park and they were in a very aggressive mood causing some distress to children and dog walkers. Many folk turned and walked the other way round the loch hoping that the swans and cygnets would be back on the water by the time the circuit was completed.

Fortunately the ducks were in a very placid mood.
