Onions at Canons Ashby

Had a day off work so that we could break the journey up to Hull. We stopped at Canons Ashby for a break.  Interesting place to visit and a nice tea room. The onions were drying in the vegetable garden. We had booked a hotel in Leicester but we decided to try and go a bit further instead.  We managed to book a room outside Lincoln and had a slow journey up there.  
We had a drink in the bar and then our usual picnic tea. We were both tired and didn't stay up late.
