Juvie

For the past few days this juvie magpie has been hanging around. It's having a bit of trouble getting onto the feeders, but is finding novel ways of getting fed.  One being picking the snails out of their hiding places which is very welcome!  Whilst figuring out the next snack, it's been hanging aorund on the fence quite a bit and I've been admiring it's plumage.  I also got some photos of it having a bit of a barney with one of the collared doves but they were a bit blurry.  I've left some monkey nuts out overnight in the hope that it will find them.
