30 Years of Reindeer

The news this morning restored my faith in humanity somewhat and I'm very glad to see all the people coming out in anti-rasict protests across the country.  Thankfully things have been quiet north of the border and long may the rascists stay away.

The very wet postman delivered a big enveloped from the Reindeer herd today - this marks 30 years of adopting a reindeer!  For that milestone, I got a framed photo of Pumpkin with a thank you on the back which I really enjoyed. The update of Pumpking said that she's very greedy  and very protective like her mum Pagan (who I used to adopt) which I think reading between the lines means she's a bit of a handful.  The last time I saw Pagan she was kicking another adoptee's reindeer off a pile of food just as they were trying to get a photograph.  I'm guessing Pumpkin has the same spirit!
