Butterfly House this morning and Olympics for the penultimate days action.
It’s been a good day with 6 medals
Brilliant bronzes for Noah Williams in the diving and Georgia Bell in the 1500m, bronzes for both the 4x400m relay teams and a very unexpected silver for the synchro swimming pair.
And to finish off the day a silver for Caden Cunningham in the Taekwondo.

After tomorrow I will get back to blip properly with hearts stars and comments. Sorry for my absence, but it’s only every 4 years!
