Town crier

We were in Exmouth this morning and so was the Town Crier. We heard him at several places as we walked around. You can see his bell that he rings in his hand. I still find it a little strange when reference is made to the King ie rather than Queen but l will get there. I think he was mainly talking of events that were on in town today.

We enjoyed a coffee in our favourite cafe and my husband had a photo taken to put on his application to get his driving licence back. He has his blackouts under control now that he knows what caused it ie low blood pressure.

It’s been a fairly grey cloudy day but warm. I went for a walk along the beach to see the new Rockfish cafe. It looks good and was very busy.
