Stepping Out

I was awake early this morning, not having slept too well. An advantage of that, though, was a lovely walk along the front at 7.20am, while it was cooler, and I clocked an easy 4,000 easy steps. Bb was fast asleep, but we’ll walk out together tomorrow morning.

Breakfast, reading, then a shady walk into the old town, where we found an old cafe bar that had newspapers and we wanted to read up on Salvador Illa and Puigdemont. The shop selling newspapers closes at lunchtime till 5.00pm.

We then decided to have lunch at L’Activa, in the old town. Very nice, like last year.

A siesta, and then another walk in the evening and a drink at The Shack. We were still satisfied with our lunch and so didn’t need anything to eat.

Finished the day with almost 12,000(slow) steps.
