GOAT

"GOAT in a boat" - Kayaker Lisa Carrington wins again as canoe sprint kicks off.  
And what does GOAT mean - Greatest of all time.  It is a tag which is reserved for the individual who is deemed to be the undisputed master of their sport.
Dame Lisa Carrington is our most successful Olympic sportsperson, (I think from three Olympics) having won six gold medals and one bronze, the most recent was yesterday when her and her three mates won Gold.  She still has more races - K2 and K1 where she is expected to win medals.  We also got another gold in the cycling, Ellesse Andrews in the Keirin.  Also a bronze in the sailing. 
I had to go to the Post Shop early this morning, and noticed this on the huge Go Media thingi, I thought it was topical for todays blip.

The first extra, a Pep tree received an Honours, the three below received Highly Commended.  The second extra are the five Acceptances.

And others asked what/why did Lexi have a hunk of meat on the back of her T-shirt.  I asked her Dad this moring, his reply "the lion character gets hungry and starts hallucinating that the lemurs are steak"  Well there you are, I'm none the wiser, but those that know anything about the show/movie Madagascar might understand.
