More Jungle

Another warm and humid day, but for once less than 30°C hot. That will change after tomorrow, we have a forecast for up to 35°C for the coming week.
I used the cooler temperatures for a gym visit and some chores, but then I needed to work to meet an upcoming deadline, and didn’t get around to gardening. 
I just noticed how our (no longer) little fig tree has grown to double its size in the subtropical weather of this summer. As always, it’s starting to produce dozens of figs quite late in the year, but perhaps some of them will be edible in Autumn.
