Ella’s dress for a wedding

I offered to buy Ella a dress for the wedding they are going to in South Africa at Christmas. Today she got one. Bargain at £17 in River Island and isn’t she a lovely 12 year old?. I said I’d buy an outfit for Nathaniel. He’s set his heart on a tuxedo but mum says no.

Linda was wanting a walk with me at 10am but called off as she’d not slept well. TBH I was relieved as I knew I’d have a lot of supportive listening to do. She has such a difficult time but only calls when she wants to off-load and it seems there’s so many friends ill or needing support so I’m tired.

I saw the physio for a heavy lot of work on gluts. I sat too long and glut got lazy. I’m black and blue. Lots of exercises to do and also for arthritic knees.

Chris came for a drink. Was lovely to catch up. She and Ailie are going to Ecuador in November. So pleased she’s getting a treat as her children are very demanding.
