The last port of call of the Titanic before heading to America. 123 people embarked and 8 disembarked including one crew member who jumped ship and Father Browne whose photographs of the Titanic are famous. We were heading over to Spike Island which has a long history from being a monastry, a fortress and  to having various prison histories down through the ages.
