Blackrock Castle Observatory

Headed down to Cork to see Spike Island but changed plans and decided to see Blackrock Castle Observatory first and leave Spike till tomorrow. The tour was interesting. The earth is around for a few billion years or so they say. We won't be around ourselves for much of it so it is best to make the most of it while we are here. As you progress on in years spiral staircases get a bit more challenging.
