Lanercost Priory

One of our favourite places. A cup of coffee and a piece of cake in the cafe, followed by a stroll along the adjacent river in a sheer delight on a sunny day.
I had to forgo the riverside walk but did have a nice walk around the priory and graveyard. Sal went down to the river.
We then went to Sainsbugs in Haltwhistle to do a shop before returning to the caravan. Popped out for a couple of beers at night.
