Core Values

Today's image is not the most exciting of shots but I feel I always have to continue celebrating our ancient little apple tree's survival at least three times a year - just after it's been pruned in the winter, when the blossom arrives in spring and, as today's picture shows, in summer when it produces its first crop of apples. We really value our little tree and there's certainly going to be a plethora of apple crumbles, apple Vicky sponges and stewed apples over the next few weeks!
