A bit of food shopping, dropped in to see the butterflies and feed the fish, took Mum to an appointment, had a quick meal at the local pub and then spent the evening with her watching more Olympics.
It looked like being a disappointing day without many medals early on but the boys did great in the track cycling team sprint, only being beaten by a magnificent Dutch trio - nobody can get close to them.
A silver for Joshua Kerr in the 800m and bronze for Sky in the skateboarding and Lewis in the boxing. More gold medal chances tomorrow.
