Sunflower Row

Since the dear deer have eaten all of our other sunflowers, volunteers and seedlings, I snuck in a few seeds along the back of our white fence, a location they don’t visit often. So far so good! I’m hoping they’ll grow beyond the top of the fence so their happy sunshiny faces will be visible on the other side. Fingers crossed! • A quick trip to our local plant store to pick up a bee balm for the butterfly bed. We have several already but I wanted to add another red one • Thunderstorms are forecasted for later welcoming in some cooler and drier air. No complaints here!! • Peace & Love
