Welcome family

After all that talk about electricity and power outages yesterday…..ours on the island went out at 3am. …along with several other whole islands….but it was back at 7am    thank goodness ( trees down) 

Our neighbor, Alison, whose family owns the little round “Charles island” we look at from the deck all the time..was here the month of July and decided to visit today… she’s an interesting woman ..a fisher person ..we had coffee and croissants on the deck… ( extra) 

But the energy that arrived at dinner time is unbeatable!   We have the drivers of the boat and golf cart, the sweet boys who can’t wait to tell me their summer adventures … Nik with art shows he says I’m responsible for ( his interest in) . Oskar all set to film the pancake making tomorrow am …. he has dibs on the pan when this place sells.  . Cocoa Bean loving the space to run.   Parents in the second trip with more stories of the move and new home ….. it’s going to be a lot of talk!  And “doing stuff” for the boys. 
Much ado about who wants to sleep where…I’m exhausted… no problem getting a driver when I want one however.
