A 'quiet' stroll

Heavy rain this morning but it did come out warm and sunny later

Channelside walk then Tesco to fill the empty fridge. 
Left the car outside as M.decided to remove a lot of the ivy leaves which are dying quickly. .
As the car was out  I decided to.take Fletch to the park and walk round 'wild ' end  by the lake. 

I expected it to be quiet. Wrong! There was a very  loud thump thump. It turns out there is a music festival in the park. Half of it was cordoned off but plenty of space to walk round.  But it wasn't very musical it seemed to be just one very loud relentless thump..
I googled it on my phone and tickets were £80 for the 2 days. It seems excessive seeing as it was  just local groups playing ( not quite Glastonbury !) Still the weather was good for those that were attending. 
Nice to go back home to the silence
