Tinkle

There were some brief heavy thunderstorms about, drifting up and over from the north-east. As often happens with that vector we get the tinkle while the others get rain.

Hey ho. It was a novelty to see clouds and the sun penned back and the max temp at 27c. In the house it stayed a 26. I put the co-op gazebo up, now in its third year. Gathered in a few more hazel nuts (when wet almost like that thirst-quenchiness of coconut) and pulled the first lot of chickpea plants to keep them out of the rain.

The Boss is back tomorrow so things had better be shipshape. A shame to see Pecco come off in the Silverstone sprint. It doesn’t look like a circuit for motorbikes at all. Be nice if he wins the GP tomorrow: I don’t know how those guys do it at all. Forza Pecco.
