Completed at long last
On the first day of our holiday the weather wasn't good, and I didn't want to watch what was on the TV, so I decided to begin a jigsaw that I had taken with me. it was quite tricky, but I persevered and the next night I managed to complete the outer edge minus a few pieces. On the third night hubby decided he would help and then granddaughter also joined in. I was a bit peeved so left them to it. Daughter J always books the "reading chair" and spends each evening reading her books, however she had also brought along a jigsaw that I had given grandson J for Christmas, which also was very difficult and we decided to make it together. Of course a competition ensued with the other 4 initially making more progress than J and me. Perseverance prevailed and J and I won despite the others having 4 in their team and having a 2 day start. This was their completed Jigsaw before we had to break it up to give to a charity shop for another family to enjoy when we came home.
