The Ivy Montpellier, Cheltenham

I have this really thoughtful and kind boss who not only remembered the date but insisted I take the day off and do something different on the first anniversary of losing my Mom. On top of that she sent me off from my Monday shift with a bagful of lovely gifts. I had to have help to my car as the other two managers gave me a great big beautiful bouquet of flowers and a special little porcelain photo frame. My work family are truly the kindest of people. So D took the day off too and we headed off to Cheltenham post shift for a hotel stay and a treat of dinner at the Ivy ahead of a little road trip around the Cotswolds. Mom did love a holiday after all!
