Shade

It was a humid 92F this afternoon, feeling more like 100F. Other than a few bees I think I was the most active one of the bunch! It was so hot even my pal, Peck’s Skipper, stuck to the shade • I was out early but frequent trips to the house and lots of water kept me going for most of the day. The lawn got mowed, the garden watered, flowers too, and some deadheading • Before dinner we’re going to watch an oldie but goodie “Cocoon”. A couple of G&Ts might be consumed too :) • Have a wonderful weekend!
