Pier to Here

A swim of our own invention, we walk to the pier and then swim back again. Just under a kilometre with some nice assistance from the current. This is Emma, Pete and I before the off- it took about 25 minutes but there was a fair bit of floating in addition to heads down swimming while admiring the lovely surroundings.

Felt a bit odd walking through the fun fair to get to the beach in town but a lovely time.

Otherwise, work, Olympics- am loving it. And such hot and sunny weather - loving that as well!
