Rubbish.....

Made from rubbish - rubbish design - rubbish finish inside .... after about 4 times trying to and at least twice succeeding to leave the lathe I gave up trying to improve that.

The piece in the extras went better - and a darned site better than I had even hoped for.
I am really surprised that it stayed where it was meant to be and that none of the bark flew off.

I saw the marshals for the sailing events were at it again today......half way through a race they cancelled it -- they didn't like the wind - it was moving about!
Two other things that had me raging ... last night after the first hockey match they stopped everything because there was a weather warning ... so they emptied the stadium of people - and then carried on with the matches!!!!!!!
Also - the blokes who claim to be a woman (and have failed testosterone tests) are being allowed to compete in the boxing ring against real women. The official line is everyone who is fighting in the womens boxing are compliant ... because their passports say they are female.
What a mockery!
