Just a tree(s)!

It might be too hot
to form sentences.. early walk,
shops, Ben, meeting, done!

It is hot!  I took Leo out early for a walk and a play and was home before it really starting warming up.  Then I waited for Ben to come home, he was back about 10:30 and there were some mix ups with his stuff, they had forgotten to pack his medication and his fan, both of which were pretty important.  Actually the fan more so, as I do have spare meds here :-D The team leader went back and fetched them and I took Ben to fetch some new t shirts from Sainsburys.  We had lunch and played a board game and Grandma came for a visit.  I had a teams call with the intensive behaviour team from CAMHS who are visiting respite next week to give some tips and wanted to know some things from my perspective and I thought it was quite useful.  I was stuck in a hot bedroom though for the duration so that was not ideal!  Social worker also called to say we've been approved for an extra night respite per week during the rest of the summer holidays, so we can stop the extra transitions from the bitty bits of carers taking him out in the daytime and just have one big block of 3 days.  I hope the reduced drop offs and pick ups will help.

Oh, photo was a tree on the morning walk.  My Canon SLR is broken but I have a lovely little Ricoh instant type camera that I'm quite enjoying playing with, it has some settings you can pre-set and one of mine I've set to a kind of high contrast black and white and I think it's a bit of fun :-)
