Juniors

Today started with a lovely volunteering role at the European Olympic Themed Junior parkrun.  The Trois, deux, un, start and a couple of Spanish tourist volunteers,  who love parkrun and were talking seriously about starting one up in their Catalonian town when they return to Spain. We shall see. Plus over 50 very happy children - there was nearly a queue for barcode scanning. 

Then home for some much needed rest. My sniffle bothered me through the night and I needed to recover. 

I was revived and went for a fab Gig row. It was quite choppy and I managed to catch a crab - all good practice. We rowed hard and after initially working against wind and tide we zoomed home as tide and wind ere both in our favour. A great row. 

Now really tired and settled early for bed.
