Day out in Wickford

A hot day forecasted, so decided to visit the park in Wickford.  Lots of memorial trees which were lovely.  After the park, we visited St Catherine's Church - where I married nearly 31 years ago. Vivid memories returned - lovely.

We settled in the shade to sketch the Church tower. It turned out not too bad, but I still need to work on roofs.

Then into town for a toasted panini lunch.
