Happy Place

We spent the day in York, a lovely beach community south of us on the coast, the home of Nubble Lighthouse. York is a place we once called home until moving to southern Texas for an opportunity for me to work in Reynosa, Mexico. It seems like a lifetime ago. Now we wish we would have kept the house and rented it while in Texas, but hindsight is much clearer than it was at the time • It rained all the way there but cleared by the time we arrived. The two beaches were full, not a parking space to be found by midday. When this picture of MrsP was taken earlier in the day we saw a woman pushing a stroller. Inside was a long-haired orange tabby outfitted with a harness. He and his owner traveled in an RV from Arizona and were spending the summer in various spots in Maine and Massachusetts. Kitty loves the ocean and explored the rocks while we chatted • Peace & Love
