Deserted Golf course

The wind blew strongly today.....again!  The ladies playing the secind round of the championships had to complete 18 holes and they had a tough time. Those of us who were just playing socially gave up after nine holes. It was impossible playing.  You can see from the flag that the wind was blowing! The first extra shows the sea in the background which was just a mass of white horses, and the other shows two of the ladies finishing their round. They had a problem putting as the wind was blowing the balls nearly off the green!
Back home I busied myself making soup and a chicken dish for the deep freeze when the family are here in two weeks time. I will make a few more dishes, although son Kevin says he just wants to enjoy good South African braais(BBQs) every night!!
