Bercke Plage

taxi booked for 5am, alarm very unhelpfully, did go off, so I was awoke by the taxi firms reminder text, at 4.55. managed to scramble out of the door in 5 minutes. good job everything was prepared and down stairs the night before.

coach driver had a puncture of the way to us, so he was 1/2 hour late.

set off for the tunnel. watched some girly film (with a group of 34 girls and 6 boys it was always going to be a battle).

arrived at Bercke Plage at 3.30, unpacked and got everyone settled in their rooms, then went for a walk down to the beach.
