Another blue sky, sun and hot day

This morning I had to be at the doctors early to have a blood pressure monitor on for 24 hours, going off every 15 mins!  I lasted until 1.30pm and then went back to have it taken off as I felt ill.  Now have bought a machine to do it myself at home 4 times a day for 7 days.

Went out to the garrison for a coffee with K plus a walk this morning.  Took tablets after going to the doctors and had a peaceful afternoon.
Couldn't make up my mind which shot to use so have loaded both!
