Sunshine before the storm

In the summer it rains or thunderstorms every afternoon, which is typical for Florida during the rainy season. Last summer was an exception as it was unusually dry. We missed the rain! With it comes cooler temperatures. The plants & trees love the rain. Everything is growing profusely now. 

We went for a walk at DeSoto National Memorial Park and the clouds were amazing. To the left of these fluffy clouds, there were dark storm clouds. We had a quick walk and made it home in plenty of time before the rain came down!
