Notes: Started the day by driving out to the beach and walking and talking to Jo in Australia on Signal - was a great feeling start to the day. Had coffee when I got back and then Wei called - he was driving from Chicago O'Hare to a race site in La Porte, IN (north). Talked to them both about an hour each. Mostly cloudy all day (fine by me) but went to the pool ~11a for a bit. Had chicken crust pizza and small salad of microgreens. Early shower (before 4p) and then relaxed and watched some videos and later 2 more episodes of Drunvalo Melchezidek. Streamed some shows in the evening.
