Replacement suppression caps

The ongoing refurb for the Tektronix Oscilloscope continues. Gradually working through the circuits, replacing bad components - a process I have to do gingerly, one at a time. This is so that after replacement, I know which one is the culprit if it works … or doesn’t.

There are three RIFA suppression capacitors in the power supply which are notorious for failing at this age and also are showing visible cracking in their cases.

The 3 old ones have short leads.
The new ones have long leads.
