To be honest, this was a pleasant colourful interlude in an otherwise functional morning of painting.

Fortunately, my older brother and his wife arrived for a visit and a pleasing afternoon happened. We all tried Burrata, in my case, for the first time. It’s pleasant enough but doesn’t come close to a mature farmhouse cheddar with crystal bits.
