Habitation Uno Casa Scobes

The white paint work is done and now the Farrow and Ball* style wall covering is being applied. I think it’ll look great with the wool carpet and light oak furniture, but too bad if it doesn’t ‘cause this is the last time I decorate. Next change of scene for me is the care home or perhaps the asylum.

We could see The Cheviot at breakfast and talked hopefully of a lunchtime walk down to Dryburgh Abbey and perhaps even scones in the village cafe this afternoon, but we’re still painting now and will be for the next couple of hours. Strolling and scones are for couples with empty paint tins.

We’re planning a Friday evening trip to Jedburgh where we’ll use our experience of this week to paint the town red.
