Friday: Amusements

K and I slept like absolute rocks last night, a definite combination of a long journey and jet lag.  

There were various comings and goings this morning as my cousin is getting married tomorrow and there’s quite a lot to do around that, including my auntie, with whom we’re staying, decamping to the wedding venue for the night.

K and I strolled into Whitley Bay for a couple of drinks and fish and chips at ‘Fisherman’s Bay’.  We ended the evening by losing two whole pounds in the amusement arcade!
